Two Greeks and a Gyro

I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Effie  and my mission is simple. I want to provide top quality Greek food and service at a reasonable price- Food that can be ordered and cooked up quickly without  sacrificing taste and above all your health.  Our restaurant offers fast casual Greek Dining that is affordable. Our ample portions  will leave you satisfied! Our food is made fresh with all natural ingredients for example our Greek fries are cut fresh and cooked as you wait  we never have them waiting around under hot lamps, our grape leaves are made daily and hand rolled chock full of goodness!( Not canned). I guess you get the idea. We take pride in what we serve  and we would never have it any other way. My parents began their dream once arriving in the United States over thirty years ago by opening their first successful Greek restaurant and yet another followed.  I am continuing their legacy by using recipes that have been handed down to me by my parents and so I am taking on the reigns in offering the very same delicious Greek food that they offered to their customers years earlier but in todays fast pace and health contious world. We introduce to you Two Greeks and a Gyro here in Nyack and my future aspiration is to have several of these little Greek fast casual restaurants in every state so everyone can taste a bit of heaven.

• WE USE ONLY ALL NATURAL INGREDIANTS IN OUR COOKING. (NO ADDITIVES OR PRESERVATIVES ADDED TO OUR HOME COOKED MEALS.
• WE USE FRESH POTATOES FOR OUR GREEK FRIES. (NEVER FROZEN) AND WE FRY THEM IN 100% CANOLA OIL.
• WE USE FRESH SPINACH(NOT FROZEN) FOR OUR SPINACH PIE.
• WE USE IMPORTED OLIVE OIL AND CANOLA OIL FOR OUR COOKING(NO TRANS FATS)
• OUR RESTAURANT IS KID FRIENDLY AND WE EVEN DESIGNED A KIDS MENU JUST FOR THEM.
